get_instructions - Agentcard

Connect to https://mcp.agentcard.sh/mcp with the user’s connection token (or a buy_token for org-owned accounts). Behavior: read-only, idempotent.

What it does

Call this FIRST; returns the latest usage guide for shopping with buy AND for operating the Agentcard account tools (cards, funding, your own card, KYC, support).
